Nitrous oxide is regulated differently in every state.
We check every order against current rules for the delivery state before it ships. Some states ship right away, some need a quick manual check, and a few are currently restricted — use the checker below, or message us if you're not sure.

We supply food-grade nitrous oxide for lawful culinary and commercial use only. Orders are age-restricted and we verify trade use.
Why we check at all
We sell for lawful commercial and culinary use only
We supply food-grade nitrous oxide for restaurants, bakeries, caterers, and food-service distributors. State rules generally follow where an order ships, not where we're based, so we verify the destination state and, where required, age and trade use — before an order ships, not after.
Selling to a verified trade or food-service buyer is often what keeps an order inside a state's rules in the first place, which is why we ask a few questions for larger or repeat orders. See wholesale & trade accounts.
Common questions
Shipping & compliance FAQ
Why can't I just check out for any state?
Because the same order can be lawful in one state and restricted in another. Checking the destination first is what lets us ship quickly to most of the country instead of blocking everyone until every state is resolved.
My state shows "we need to check" — what does that mean?
It means we haven't confirmed enough about that state, or your order, to auto-approve it yet. Message us with your state and what you're ordering and we'll confirm directly — it's not a decline.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — U.S. delivery addresses only.
I'm a trade buyer — does that change anything?
In several states, yes: some restrictions apply to consumer retail but exempt verified food-service, catering, or distributor buyers. Open a trade account and we'll confirm what that means for your state.
